Chicago Houseboats accommodate every venture from honey mooners to family reunions. And onboard a houseboat, there is every comfort a romantic couple might want. Conveniences that allow time for each other and, most especially, a privacy that stretches for miles and miles!

The houseboats are grand with hand - richly carved furniture and carpeted wall to wall. Houseboat staff is always on call and three meals are served daily from a menu of Indian, Continental, Chinese, Moghulian & Kashmiri cuisine. The guests, living on a Houseboats have at all times, a Shikara with oarsmen at their disposal round the clock. Our love for and commitment to our operation has been rewarded by an impressive number of guests that return year after year.

Host and Manager.
Runs the family business of the Chicago group of houseboats.
4th generation of the Khar family.

Mohammed

For 24 years part of the family and loyal staff member who
loves cooking.
All-round Staff member.

Khan

Doesn't like cooking, but is a Pro Trekking Expert.
For 29 years part of the family and serving customers.
